Our Services
Ask us about our INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL for new clients. A wonderful way to introduce yourself to the Pilates Method of body conditioning, or simply help to improve your form if you are already practicing Pilates.
- 4 – 55 minute sessions with our instructors
- Experience the true Pilates method with personal, private sessions
- Utilize the invigorating Pilates Apparatus
- Sessions will focus on correct form and movement transitions
- Safety comes first and our instructors are trained and certified
PRIVATE SESSIONS
- Recommended for all clients, new to advanced.
- One-on-one sessions are 55 minutes in length and consist of both apparatus and mat work.
- Sessions focus on learning each exercise with proper form and alignment, as well as specific order in which it is performed.
- Our instructors are able to develop a customized system of exercises to address your individual needs and goals.
- Benefit from private instruction by improving precision, adding new exercises to your work out and, working on specific issues.

DUET SESSIONS
- Recommended for intermediate clients
- Instruction on the order of the exercises
- Form and techniuqe to perform pilates correctly and efficiently
- Our instructors will match you with another client of equal ability.
- Together you will both work with one instructor.
- These sessions are very motivating and lively and bring added dimension to your workout.
- When done at least two times per week you will see visible and lasting results.
- 55 minute sessions.

MAT CLASSES
For the beginner
- 55 minutes of Mat Instruction
- Designed to familiarize one with the foundation of the Pilates Method.
- Learn beginning movements and terminology.
- Exercises focus on strengthening abs, inner thighs, buttocks, and lower back, while improving posture and body alignment.
Intermediate/advanced
- When ready, our instructors will pass you to these more advanced group sessions.
- Working with additional mat equipment, you will use your own body to create resistance and increase strength and form.
- 55 minutes of instruction
